The Chariot of Time is a collection of 3 different works: the 1st a novel, the 2nd a novella, the 3rd a short story. This, for me, is a somewhat novel mode of presentation insofar as I usually find shorter works leading up to longer ones - as w/, say, a short being shown before a feature.
